9-Week Yoga Series for Spring
Join us this spring for a transformative 9-week yoga journey designed to help us awaken from our winter stagnation and create space to set new intentions.
Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, this series will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation as we begin to plant seeds in our own lives on and off the mat.
Enrollment in this series opens on March 17, 2026 at 12:30pm ET.

Each class incorporates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote proper alignment, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. This is a beginner friendly class. All levels are welcome.
