Rise for Spring: 9-Week Yoga Series
Join us this spring for a transformative 9-week yoga journey designed to help you rise, renew, and reconnect. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this series will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional growth as we align our bodies and spirits with the season of renewal.
Enrollment in this series opens on March 18, 2025 at 12:30pm ET.

Each class incorporates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote proper alignment, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. This is a beginner friendly class. All levels are welcome.
