Practicing presence
Fall Yoga Series

The Practicing Presence series is designed to cultivate awareness of the present moment, guiding participants to connect deeply with their bodies and minds. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this series encourages being fully present in each pose and sensation, fostering a greater understanding of how awareness empowers us to make intentional choices.

 

By practicing presence, we learn to listen to our bodies, calm the mind, and create space for purposeful, active decisions both on and off the mat.

This series offers a supportive environment for anyone seeking to develop mindfulness and deepen their connection to self.

 

This series is open to all and beginner friendly.

Registration opens Tuesday September 10, 2024 at noon (ET).

This yoga class incorporates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote proper alignment, increase flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. This is a beginner friendly class, all levels welcome.
